Recipe FAQs and Notes
What is the difference between sherbet and sorbet?
Both are fruit-flavored frozen treats. However, sherbet contains dairy while sorbet does not. You can use either in this cocktail recipe.
Does La Croix have alcohol?
No, La Croix itself does not contain alcohol. It is only sparkling water infused with various flavors.
Can I use a different flavor?
You can create your own combination of flavors alternative sorbet and/or La Croix flavors.
Can I make this a mocktail?
Yes! That’s what I love about using La Croix for drinks. You get the fun bubbly without the alcohol, if you prefer. For this recipe, simply leave out the rosé wine and fill the glass full with cran-raspberry La Croix for a fun mocktail!
