- 6 slices of bacon
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. gorgonzola
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ¼ tsp. Cracked black pepper
- 12 mini croissants
How to make an Egg Salad Appetizer
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the eggs and boil for exactly 8 minutes and 40 sec. (this is a tried and true method). Immediately transfer to an ice bath for exactly 3 minutes. Remove the eggs, peel, and set aside.
- Cook the bacon, then transfer it to a paper towel-lined plate to cool.
