Ingredients needed
- 1 pound of ground chicken
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing

How to make air fryer buffalo chicken meatballs
- Combine the buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and unsalted butter into a saucepan and heat on medium-low, occasionally stirring. Once it’s well-combined, reduce heat to low and warm until ready to use.
- In a mixing bowl, add the ground chicken, bread crumbs, egg, chopped celery, minced garlic, and salt. Using your hands, mix to thoroughly combine.
- Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil, then form the chicken mixture into 1-inch balls and place into the air fryer basket. Be sure to give them a bit of room.
- Air fry at 400 degrees F. for 20 minutes. Remove the meatballs from the air fryer basket and place them onto a plate.
- Pierce each meatball with one of the appetizer toothpicks, I’ve shared my favorite below, and then dip into the buffalo sauce and place onto your serving platter. Repeat this process for all of the meatballs.
- Top with crumbled blue cheese and chopped chives and serve immediately.
