This Key Lime La Croix Cocktail is a refreshingly light cocktail that’s low in both carbs and sugar. With a refreshing key lime La Croix sparkling water, vodka, and fresh key lime juice, it’s the perfect light cocktail of choice! This is my new favorite La Croix Cocktail recipe! I’ve also included a mocktail option if you prefer that route!
There’s really nothing I dislike more these days than a sweet, sugary cocktail. I just can’t do them anymore. I switched to simple La Croix and vodka cocktails and have never looked back. Some of my favorites are my Easy Berry Mojito, La Croix Berry Vodka Spritzer, and La Croix Paloma. With the range of La Croix sparkling water flavors, you can recreate just about any of your favorite cocktails into a light and refreshing La Croix mixed drink!
Ingredients needed
- 4-6 cans Key Lime La Croix sparkling water
- 12 fresh key limes
- 4 oz. vodka
- 4 oz key lime juice
- 4 Highball glasses
How to make a Key Lime La Croix Cocktail
- Slice each key lime in half and remove any seeds.
- Add 1 oz of vodka, 1 oz of key lime juice, and a few slices of key limes to each highball glass.
- Fill each glass with ice. Crushed ice or small ice works best.
- Fill the glasses with Key Lime La Croix sparkling water.
- Top with additional sliced key limes, if preferred, and serve immediately.

Is La Croix tonic water?
La Croix is not tonic water. La Croix is sparkling water which is plain water that is carbonated whereas tonic water is a bitter drink because of the addition of quinine.
What alcohol goes well with La Croix?
With sparkling water being low in sugar and effervescent, La Croix goes will with just about any alcohol. Vodka, Rosé, Tequila, Rum – they all combine well with La Croix to make a refreshing low sugar cocktail.
Does La Croix have Aspartame?
No, La Croix does not have any artificial sweeteners added. There are no sugars or artificial ingredients. This is why I love creating La Croix mixed drinks, because they’re low in sugar.
Is La Croix keto-friendly?
Yes, if you prefer a low-carb or Keto diet, La Croix and vodka cocktails are a great choice.

- If you prefer your cocktails a bit sweeter, add in a hint of simple syrup to each glass.
- For a large batch, simply combine all into a pitcher and then serve.
