Recipe FAQs and Notes

Can you freeze baked spaghetti?

Yes! You’ll want to freeze any leftover baked spaghetti in an air tight container, or cover tightly with multiple layers of foil, for up to 1 month. To reheat, remove from freezer and let thaw. Then bake at 375 degrees F. for 10 minutes or until warm.

Can spaghetti be made ahead of time?

Yes! You can make the spaghetti ahead of time and store in an air tight container in the refrigerator. When ready to assemble the pizza baked spaghetti casserole, simply pick up at step #3 in the recipe.

Recipe Notes

  • You can make the spaghetti ahead of time, like the night before, and store in the refrigerator. I would not recommend assembling the entire casserole ahead of time, as some of the ingredients may settle to the bottom.
