Homemade Pizza Recipes FAQs

How to reheat flatbread pizza?

Flatbread pizza is best reheated in the oven or air fryer, at the same temperature you originally baked the pizza. This keeps the pizza crust crispy. If your pizza has any fresh, delicate vegetables on it, like lettuce or arugula, you will want to remove this before reheating, then add it back on right before serving. You should only need to reheat for 5-10 minutes.

How to reheat a slice of pizza

Again, reheating pizza in the oven or air fryer will yield the best results. This will keep the crust crispy and not soggy. Reheat at the same temperature you originally baked the pizza, or go with 400-450 degrees F. for 5-10 minutes.

How do you spice up homemade pizza?

Get creative with your spices – don’t be afraid to add in strong spices or heat, like with red pepper flakes. You can also try sauce variations instead of just marinara pizza sauce. Get creative!
