This pumpkin spice bundt cake recipe is perfect for an easy Sunday dinner dessert, yet elegant enough for Thanksgiving dinner.
Ingredients needed
- 1 box spice cake mix
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 15 oz. can pumpkin puree
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- Powdered sugar
How to make a pumpkin spice bundt cake
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a 10-cup bundt cake pan
- Add all ingredients, except for the powdered sugar, to a large mixing bowl and mix on low to combine.
- Pour into the greased cake pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 15 minutes. Then, carefully flip the bundt pan and remove the cake from the pan.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve.

No, you’ll want to let it cool for at least 10-15 minutes before then flipping the cake and removing from the bundt pan.

I always use a non-stick bundt pan. I find Nordic Ware, which I’ve linked below, to be the best quality. Then, I also spray or grease the pan.
